Since 2015, Amazing Vienna has welcomed dancers from around the world to celebrate their passion for dance. For many, our events in Vienna have become a cherished tradition, and we look forward to marking this special milestone with you.

Krampus is a legendary figure from Alpine folklore, traditionally appearing in early December. Half-goat and half-demon, he represents the darker side of the St. Nicholas tradition.
While St. Nicholas rewards good children, Krampus was said to punish the naughty ones. Today, Krampus events in Austria and beyond are a vibrant cultural celebration, combining myth, music, and festive fun.
Throughout the evening, wonderful surprises await our guests.

Waltz Night Gala
In honor of the 200th anniversary of the Waltz King Johann Strauss.

Join us for an evening of culture and elegance celebrating the legendary Johann Strauss II. A glamourous multi-course dinner, live orchestras and dazzling dances and showcases await you during our famous gala-night.
This year marks the 200th anniversary of Strauss’s birth—a milestone in music history. Known as the “Waltz King,” Strauss revolutionized Viennese dance music with timeless masterpieces like The Blue Danube and Tales from the Vienna Woods.

Louis van Amstel
Three times World Champion in Latin American dances
professional dancer as well as choreographer appearing at the American TV-show „Dancing With The Stars“. He established an international operating company, called „LaBlast“, which is a partnerfree Dance Program with different life-changing formats. In 2019 Louis was a judge of the Dutch version of „Dancing With The Stars“.
He is also the Ambassador for DanceSport for Special Olympics International.
Louis is not just our head-judge, but also holding an interesting workshop on Friday afternoon
Christian Millette
Actor, Dancer, Choreographer and World 10-Dance Finalist
Christian, repertoire dancer and choreographer for the french version of the popular TV-show „Dancing With The Stars“, also known for his involvement as actor in multiple film and tv productions, is a well known figure amongst the french-speaking dancing scene in Canada and France.
Christian will join the team of adjudicators and is also holding an interesting workshop on Friday afternoon

MC Sergio Kunitsin
Renowned dancer, TV host, and producer Sergio Kunitsin will bring his charisma to the competition.
A seasoned ballroom expert and host of a celebrated radio program on Hispanic culture, Sergio’s deep connection to dance and storytelling ensures a dynamic, engaging experience. With a history of hosting top ballroom events in Ukraine, he is a familiar face to dance enthusiasts worldwide.
His energetic presence and professional finesse will make our competition truly unforgettable.
