Dance with Expression:
Improve arm styling from within

with Louis van Amstel | Friday, 5.00 – 5.45 pm

During this session you will explore how to connect your arms to the movement of the rest of your body and dance from the inside out. 

This is applicable to any dance or dance style. 

Every level is welcome.

€ 50,- per person

  • Group size: minimum 8, maximum 20 participants per lecture.
    If the minimum is not reached, the lectures may be cancelled.

Dancing with Emotions:
Unlocking Your Body’s Full Expression

with Christian Millette | Friday, 4.00 – 4.45 pm

In this session you will learn how to connect emotions with your body movement and discover new ways to express yourself through dance sport technique. By letting go of tension and exploring the full range of your body, you will find freedom, authenticity, and stronger impact on the floor.
