The All You Can Dance Package is a premium booking option designed for dedicated dancers who wish to maximise their competitive opportunities while benefiting from exceptional value. A limited number of packages is available. Early booking is strongly recommended.

Scope of participation

By booking the All You Can Dance Package, participants are entitled to compete in:

• Single dances
• Multi-dance events
• Championships

within:

• their own age category, and
• one lower age category,

within one selected dance style only (e.g. Latin).

Participation is limited to events that are officially offered by the organiser and published in the competition programme.

Bronze Package 

For participants booking the Bronze Package, you’ll get the basic perks listed above in one dance style (e.g. Ballroom). In all packages, dancers may enter all available events within the permitted age category scope and selected dance style(s) without additional entry fees. € 750,- 

Silver Package – extended scope

For participants booking the Silver Package, the same conditions apply to two dance styles (e.g. Ballroom and Latin). In all packages, dancers may enter all available events within the permitted age category scope and selected dance style(s) without additional entry fees. € 1000,- 

Gold Package – extended scope

For participants booking the Gold Package, the same conditions apply to three dance styles (e.g. Ballroom and Latin). In all packages, dancers may enter all available events within the permitted age category scope and selected dance style(s) without additional entry fees. € 1250,- 

Platinum Package – extended scope

For participants booking the Platinum Package, the same conditions apply to four dance styles (e.g. Ballroom and Latin). In all packages, dancers may enter all available events within the permitted age category scope and selected dance style(s) without additional entry fees. € 1500,- 

Additional age category

Once all available events in the dancer’s own age category have been entered, participation in one additional lower age category is permitted free of charge, subject to availability and scheduling feasibility. The organiser reserves the right to limit entries in individual events if required for time management or organisational reasons.

Included services

The All You Can Dance Package includes:

• Competition entry fees for the student only
• Buffet lunch on the competition day
• VIP table seating, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  (subject to availability)

Travel costs, accommodation, teacher fees and other services not explicitly listed are not included.

How to?

Step 1 – Package reservation
Please first select and book your desired package directly on our website. Both the package booking and the competition registration are available on the same page under the Pro-Am – Packages category:

Once your package reservation and payment are completed, you will receive a personal registration code from us by email.

Step 2 – Competition registration
After receiving your personal code, please complete your competition registration on the same page by selecting the styles and dances you wish to compete in (e.g. Ballroom and Smooth).

At the end of the registration process, please enter your personal package code.
Once the code is applied, the system will automatically adjust the entry fees covered by the package, and the total amount for the selected entries will be updated accordingly.
